How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. Allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days Australia wide
Express shipping: 1-3 business days

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing. Email us at hello@elorafit.com.au as soon as possible.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
